A. Copytalk can transcribe wav and mp3 files.

Q. How long can the recorded files be?
A. Copytalk’s limit is based on file size and not length of the recording; however, under typical recording settings we can process a file of up to 300 minutes.

Q. How do I get my recordings to Copytalk?
A. The easiest way is to log on to www.mycopytalk.com with the information provided to you in your registration email, click on the “Upload Voice File” link, and follow the directions on that page. Alternately, if you have a large number of files or very large files you can contact Copytalk support at 866-267-9825 to get directions for sending us files via other means.

Q. How can I manage my account?
A. Log on to www.mycopytalk.com with the information provided to you in your welcome email. MyCopytalk provides the ability to: update billing information, change your account settings, update who is sent your work or notifications, and review your work.
