When your clients speak for you, why interrupt?

Copytalk, where have you been all our lives! A value added to our practice!! We recently attended our Broker/Dealer conference, and another Advisor was giving a presentation and mentioned what a wonderful tool Copytalk had been to him in his business. We have tried small tape recorders and other methods in the past that have been ineffective. We immediately came home and it was the first tip from the conference that we checked into. After calling and speaking with Mike O’Neill, our account executive, I immediately joined. In fact, during our conversation, the benefits were so attractive that I signed myself up (Advisor’s assistant) as well as the Advisor. One of our challenges is having the Advisor relay notes for our CRM to the assistants. If you are not personally involved in the maintenance of the CRM and adding client notes yourself, this is a life-saver. We have both utilized Copytalk now and it is a real time-saver, in addition to assist with compliance, and in general be able to generate more revenue by being able to recall client meeting or conversation notes, making a great impression with clients. WE LOVE Copytalk and can’t imagine living without it now. I personally utilize the ability to speak to the ‘operator’ for special formatting such as bullets in the text. Saves so much time. Love it and cannot say enough wonderful things about the service.

Using CRM can be complicated, and at least for me tends to break the rhythm of work when I have to type in my entries. The solution to this for me has been Copytalk. It is an app based tool that has made using CRM easy and no longer slows my work flow. Every time I have a conversation or activity that should be entered into CRM, I simply pick my iPhone, tap the screen, and dictate my entry. Later, I receive an email that I can enter into CRM with a couple clicks of the mouse. I recently had compliance run a report on my CRM activity to review my results and to determine if my investment in Copytalk was helping me. I am up 107% and feel like I spend less time and effort allocated to CRM even though my entries are more detailed and frequent. I can recommend using Copytalk to those who are still trying to find the best way to deal with CRM. It is reasonably priced and easy to use.

After a meeting or phone call with a client or their advisors, the first thing I do is pick up the phone, punch the speed dial, pull up Copytalk, and dictate a detailed memo.
